Our program provides engaging animal care tasks and unique bonding activities that keeps Warriors feeling inspired and hopeful. All activities and tasks take place outdoors, in fresh air with a great community.
Empowerment
The program emphasizes the shared qualities of courage and resilience between the warriors and the rescues. It is empowering for warriors to see their strength mirrored back to them through the rescued animals.
Companionship
By fostering these relationships, the program aims to provide support and companionship to both the rescued animals and warriors.

Nature's Companions enriches the lives of both participants and the animals they care for by fostering a sense of purpose and connection. Many rescue animals achieve their first steps to healing through simply building trust and bonds with humans.
